| I’ve paid to download a design in HQ jpeg format and located it on my computer- it looks really clear and good quality. However when I forward it onto my friend to print, the high quality is lost. Why is this and is there something I should do differently? Many thanks, p | |

| How do you forward it? Please try sending the downloaded image via email. Don't use the "Share -> Email" menu because it sends standard quality (SQ) images. | |

| I have been sending it as an attachment via email. But before I’ve even pressed send, I can see the quality has been lost. I’ve tried several different ways to send it but none have worked. A shame because it is now too late to use, it was a gift for someone this morning. Regards, P | |
