visualize error

| After I create cloud and click visualize I get the error message: Visualize word cloud is empty. Most likely this is because you selected a font that can't render the words you entered in the words section. Please go back to fonts and chose something else. But I have the font setting to random. I pick a font from the list and it still gives the same message. Tried to change it a million different ways. Please HELP! | |
