Unwanted border when saving my image

| I create my shape templates in PS to the exact dimensions I want, while WordArt saves the image to the exact dimensions it creates a "border" and makes my image smaller so it doesn't fill in the full space of the shape when saving. How can make the image so it doesn't have any border space? | |
