How to create cloud similar to Giraffe example in the Gallery

I am trying to create clouds that are similar to the cloud example of the Giraffe. Where the Giraffe is white, while the text is wrapped around the rest of the page. Any suggestions? Is it just the type of custom image that I import? Thanks

I'm no expert but you could perhaps take an image of a giraffe and just make the whole giraffe body white.

Use one of those clip arts that are black and just make it white and insert it onto any other image you want.
