Cannot visualize

| I used this site last year to create a design for my church. I am back at it again. I downloaded my words but cannot visualize it. What am I doing wrong? Is there a help section I can lookup this problem? | |

Could you please elaborate what happens when you click Visualize button? Also could you please to visualize in another browser like Chrome or Firefox? |

| Well . . . sometimes when I go to "Visualize" I get a message saying it does not like the font that I picked (some of my fonts are linked together to make a long line of text) or something it just says "please wait" and nothing happens. I have walked away from the computer, worked on another project and nothing ever happens. | |

Next time you experience that trouble please do the following: 1) Save your word cloud and advise its name 2) Advise the text you see at http://whichbrowser.net Once I get the info I'll look into the problem |

| I saved the word to my file "2016 Cloud" I tried to visualize it and it just tells me to wait. | |

Can't find "2016 cloud" in your account. Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox? Internet Explorer is known to have glitches with Tagul unfortunately. |
