can't figure out how to save png or eps file

| I paid a subscription. And when I click on download a pgn file, it opens it up in viewer and there's no file to save. Same with eps. What am I doing wrong? I need to save it on a memory stick to get it printed. | |

| It seems like your browser is set up to automatically open a viewer software when you try to download an image in the internet. I suggest you to try to save the image from the viewer software or try another browser like Chrome or Firefox. | |
