I have been using Tagul (which is amazing)for approximately a year with my classes. About a month ago I had a class using Tagul and no more than 8-10 students could log on at the same time. I have never encountered this problem previously. Is there now a limit to the number of logins from the same IP address? |

Yes there is. One username can try to login in no more than 10 times per 5 minutes currently. It seems like you use 1 account and ask students to login in using it at the same time. How many students do you have so I could increase the limit? |

Thank you for your help, Alex. The students each create their own account on Tagul, but it would still be the same IP address. Do you think that this is still the problem? If so, I have 28 students per class. Thank you so much for your assistance. I truly appreciate it! |

I don't think that it would be a problem if each student creates a separate account. You shouldn't see any error messages in this case. |

Thank you again! I will be using it again in a few weeks, so I will see what happens and let you know. |
