Go Premium is impossible - PayPal says your account is not able to receive payments?

it is a temporary issue with PayPal account that is going to be solved soon.

I suggest you try again tonight or tomorrow.

Still not back... Any ideas? I'd really like to start working with a vector version of my cloud.

Dear everyone,

PayPal suddenly limited my account until additional verification is done. I've sent all the required info to PayPal and waiting for PayPal to remove the limitation.

It shouldn't take much time. I expect PayPal account to be back till Monday.

In the meantime if you urgently need to upgrade to Premium to export your cloud in HiRes PNG or EPS format then send the following info to support email:

- username or email
- cloud names to be exported
- which format (PNG 4MP, PNG 16MP, EPS or SVG)

I'll send the files back.

Once PayPal account is back you will upgrade or renew Premium subscription.
