downloading was partial

wkhodges1 Member	can i download again without it charging me again? i Paid for 5 but dont want to use them all up trying to download one. Also one that I downloaded as svg will not download to my cricut I think maybe it is too large. Can I make it smaller to download. Thanks Wanda

Also one that I downloaded as svg will not download to my cricut I think maybe it is too large. Can I make it smaller to download. Your cricut software should allow you to make SVG smaller. I suggest you to contact their support regarding the issue.

Yes, you can download again without being charged because all successive downloads of a same image (even in different) formats are not counted.

Your cricut software should allow you to make SVG smaller. I suggest you to contact their support regarding the issue.

Alex Key Master	It may happen in some environments. You can try to download again. Also you can save your artwork and ask the support to send the image via email.
