"Cloud does not exist"

I've embedded a tag cloud before, but this time, after creating another, I keep getting "Sorry! Cloud does not exist!". This is after making sure it has been visualized and saved, and CDN has been purged. Any ideas? |

This message means you are trying to edit a cloud that doesn't exist (probably it was deleted). Could you please send me (to support email at the bottom of this page) the embedding code for the cloud so I could check it? |
