I have read multiple threads and I can't seem to find an answer. I made an image that I really like. I was able to print it as an 8x10 with no problem. Now I need to print as a 5x7 and I can't resize it without cropping and that will ruin the picture. Does anyone have a suggestion for me. Please don't answer GIMP (that seems to be a common answer) because I have tried that and unless someone can tell me how nothing I have done has worked. I have tried paint, Picmonkey, GIMP, and adding a frame to make the image smaller. Please Help!
