Can't visualize the tag cloud creator

I m just new year
I registered and logged in but when I enter my cloud I visualize only a white paper...
What's the problem?
How can I do to create my tag cloud?

It looks like the problem is in your flash player. Could you please check that your flash is up to date? You need at least 11.1 version to use Tagul.
