Grab and share does not work

All the interface to the cloud environment should be changed. It is too complicated, and hard to handle. You should publish an easier manual.

Hi andychance35! Honestly I don't understand what you mean under "interface to the cloud environment" and what exactly is complicated. I will appreciate if you elaborate what you meant.

Oda Agnethe, Following your message, I had looked at your request and tried saving my clouds to my computer - no problem. I tried it a few times with no failure. You can contact me if you need further help.

Linda what kind of problem you are looking the solution for? The thread about saving your cloud as SVG/PNG and should work fine now as I fixed the bug that caused the wrong behaviour.

I'm having this problem again, saves once then when I try to save as a png or svg there is no file name if you know what I mean?

Actually I worked out what helped with this, if you save a cloud to your computer then make a change to the same cloud and try save again, you can't just rename it in the box that pops up when your saving or you end up with an unreadable file so enter a different name for your cloud then click to grab/save and it will work ok.
