I've had troubles saving my clouds to my computer. Discovered this issue on Friday 28th. It worked perfectly until it didn't, and now I can't save them. Please resolve this issue :) |

Still does not work.... |

Ha, I just thought it would not work for me neither, but all I had to do is removing a slash (/) from the name of the cloud. But of course that issue should also be fixed, at least by displaying a warning... |

Wow, thank you thank you thank you, hammacher! I cannot believe it was that easy! I removed the / in the title and I was able to save my cloud. I totaly agree with you, this information should be displayed as a type of warning. Agian, thank you so much for your advice :D |

I have the same problem, but the "slash" tip doesn't work for me. The only slash in the adress is in "tagul.com/preview". The preview adress always leads to an old version of the cloud. Everything I added lately is missing. But I still can see it in the edit window. An other good tip for this problem? Thank you! |

I have the same issue and I have been searching the net for a solution... I'm going to try your advice... lets see how it works |

Charade, you see the old version because the cache of your browser wasn't cleared. Try pressing ctrl-f5 on the preview page to get the latest version. |

Its weird because until 8 months ago (the same as Oda - did anything change back then?) saviung my cloud environment. Since then I'm battling this issue and I succeeded in making some tricks |
