Selecting Certain words to not duplicate

Is there way to select certain words to NOT duplicate in the word cloud, but have all the others duplicate?

There is no way to do it.
But you can create a list of words in Excel and duplicate manually the ones you want. Then import the list into Words section and remove automatic duplication in Layout section.
