How to add a large number of tags from csv or xml file?

You can create an xml with tags (see example below) and paste it as your text.

    <tag angle="0"
         color="3488BF"
         font="Linux Libertine Regular"
         url="http://tagul.com"
         weight="130">Tagul</tag>
