Shapes- pop up window

Hello, I have an issue with the shapes tab. I click on it, the pop-up window appears and at the very same second it closes again. No matter how many times I click on it, it doesnot open. What can I do? Is there some problem with the site or with my browser?

Could you please:

1) Send to support the info you see at http://whichbrowser.net page
2) Attach to support email the image you try to use as your custom shape
3) Try Google Chrome browser while I am investigating the issue
