printing

Hi when i am printing the colours are very pale and not as they look on the screen. I create a word cloud using pinks but the printed version is very pale and not pink. I have printed to two different printers so isn't a problem with the printer

Then it is the problem with your screen :)

To be serious I have no other explanation for this.

I just tried it on my laptop and it looks the same. The colours on the screen are nice and pink and bright but when I print it they are very pale and a totally different shade. Is it because I'm not a premier customer so the quality of the saved image isn't as good?

No, there is no difference between premium and free in terms of colors.

Try to export your cloud in PNG format and print it.
PNG is an ordinary image that doesn't differ from any picture you have. And if you can print a picture with correct colours then you can print Tagul cloud with right colours.
