Importing Word List w/ Word Counts

I have a list of organic search terms that I want to use in a word cloud. The first column represents the search word/phrase and the second column is how many times that word/phrase was used. How can I import this list, and for example have Tagul count the word apple 425 times.

apple 300
health effects 200
fruit 150
apple cider 125
red 80
green 70

Use semicolon between word and its size, e.g.
apple;300
health effects;200
fruit;150
apple cider;125
red;80
green;70

And paste that text into "import words" field.
