Customizing Angles doesn't seem to be working

There are a few words that I want to make sure are either horizontal or vertical but anytime I wry to write that in it says NaN where I try to type in the angle instead of it saying random. Can someone help please?

Kelly, you need to specify angle in degrees. For horizontal it would be 0 and 90 for vertical.
