trying to load new cloud and not getting past preparing

can some one help each time i click visualise it just says preparing, it wont load the new cloud shape and words... using google chrome |

Could you please save your cloud in the state when it frezes saying preparing and provide its name. I will then try to investigate what is the problem. |

I had the same problem on Google Chrome. If possible; try using Internet Explorer. Maybe it'll fix the issue. |
