Cloud shape

Hi, new to this . . . Trying to change shape of cloud - would like the plain heart shape - but it won't take. There's a little symbol that comes up in the corner of the heart (looks a bit like a settings icon?) but I can't click on it . . . :-/ . . . what do I do to get the heart? :-(. Thanks
