want to open existing file from another account

| hi, would like to download 2 files i created in my own account from paid company account. how can i do this? i can only see the shared version, not the full downloadable file. thanks | |

| You cannot download word art images from your account on another account. You need to recreate them on your company's account from scratch or you can ask the support via email to transfer the artworks. | |
