Use your own image

is there a specific format that images should be in when using your own. I have a jpg but it isnt recognizing the shape and just making a rectangle (the overall size of the jpg). Thanks!

Does it have a white background, as if any colours it will pick it all up so image will just be the size of jpg.

@duggybk, any image in jpeg or png format should work. Could you please send your image to support so I could see what is wrong?

@natalie, it is not necessary for image to have white background. But by default Tagul will remove white font and won't place words there but you can change this behavior by moving threshold slider to the right in image customize dialog.
