would love to be ablee to make a heart shape that is grey in colour on a white background with white type in it - is this possible?? thanks

Choose heart shape with white words on transparent background.
Then export your cloud as PNG or EPS and add grey heart under words in any image editing software like Photoshop or Paint.net
