Saving & Printing

Hello I am wondering why the small words on my printed clouds appear fuzzy now. I have been using Tagul for a while and pay for registration. I always save my clouds 16MP then print. My clouds are not as clear now and I am not doing anything different.

The same is happening to me :-( I also pay for premium

To premiums users I suggest using EPS file for printing. You can print it from GIMP or Photoshop image editors.

EPS provides the best quality possible.

to get a4 size can i not just print the document?.....ive tried this and they end up too small.....

Julie-ann, please try to export your cloud in PNG format (in Grab and Share section) and then print it as any other image/picture.

I'm having the same problem ... thought it was because I wasn't on premium so I signed up for a month. No change to the quality though. Also the EPS version only had 2 words on it, no shape, none of the other 298 words. The SVG I downloaded was empty.
All in all I'm not very impressed ... looks like I just threw $10 down the drain :(

- PNG file that is fuzzy when printing
- EPS file with 2 words on it
- SVG that is empty

Have you tried 16MP PNG file?

If you are not happy I will refund you.
