Resizing to 8 x 10

Hi! I am trying to resize my cloud into an 8 x 10 frame, but even if I change the aspect ratio, it stays the same. Please Help!

Did you hit visualize after changing the shape aspect ratio?
If yes and it is still the same could you please save the cloud and advise its name so I could check what is wrong?
