raster image will not save

Hello,

When trying to save the cloud I click on Raster Image png 16 pro, and nothing happens? any help would be fab!!

i had this problem but sorted it out. you have to go in to your internet browser option and you download location and set it to always ask me. the default folder with the browser will be downloads. hope this helps

I think craftynick meant that if you right click on your cloud image on the right side of the form (where animation works) then you will be able to save the image to your computer. But it won't be in high resolution.

In Grab and Share tab you need to use left click to save your clouds. Once you clicked on any PNG icon your cloud image should be downloaded to your computer. Most likely it will be silently saved in your Downloads folder. Please have a look there.
