| I paid to use this account and downloaded a 32mp png file and when i open it i feel like the word resolution isnt high quality. given that i only have a limited amount of downloads do you recommend another png file? i am new to this and wasnt sure what would look best to view and use for flyers and to make tshirts. i have adobe programs but again not sure which file to download. help please. | |

Hi Ryanleasure. If you don't change your word cloud you can download it in different formats and only 1 HQ download will count. Therefore you can experiment with the formats without wasting HQ downloads. Regarding 32MP PNG file, could you please send it to support email so I could check what is wrong with the file? |

| Thanks.I had success with an SVG file. not sure why the 32png didnt look that good. was pixeld a bit when zooming in but the svg file opened directly to Adobe Illustrator. looks fine now. thanks for reply | |
