No picture when downloaded!

When I downloaded my word cloud as a png(and I tried several different sizes of png), a download occurred, but there was nothing there. No outline, no words, nothing! I clicked the transparent option under background color…..I thought that made the area around the image transparent (since all the little gray and white checker boxes appear in that area when the transparent option is checked) rather than making my image transparent/invisible! Suggestions? Thank you! |
