Grab & Share not working for 16MP size

Hi there
I have just upgraded to Premium in order to get the 16MP size cloud I have made, and it will not export. It says it has downloaded but is just plain white.
HELP! I really need this to work asap.
Any suggestions? Tagul owner, it would be great to hear from you :-)

I have just upgraded to Premium and have downloaded the cloud in all of the sizes and in SVG but the icon of it in my files is white so i have to open it up to view it. This didn't use to happen when i used the free MP. Please can you help asap. Thank you

Emma, if you open SVG in a browser (like Firefox or Chrome) does it look correct?
