Downloading HD images

linda.ormond Member	Hello, I created 11 word art files that I would like to download in HD. The problem is that when I try to purchase it tells me it can't be processed at this time and to contact you. I have double checked I have the money in the account and int. transactions allowed. I am not printing for commercial use. Why won't it allow me to get 1 month unlimited? Also, can you confirm the words in my word art won't appear blurry as they currently do in HD Can you help as I really need to move on these gifts. Linda.

linda.ormond Member	Hello Alex, I am trying to use another program to print the files I have downloaded. I am making graduation gifts. However, they are larger than normal size photo images and so I am stuck as they won't alter. Is there a way to change the size of the files?

Alex Key Master	You should be able to resize your image and place it on paper in your printing software. If it doesn't work, please try another program for printing.
