Downloading a high rez PDF issue

Azzurrobluvero Member	I paid for a 5 x HD download pack on Thurs last week and received an invoice number . I am trying to download a HD PDF now, but when I click on download HD PDF I get taken to the pricing page to pay again and under My Purchases it says 'You have no purchased plans yet." Why is my purchased plan not visible? I need to download the HD files today urgently. andrew.brebner Member	I have found the download link now in a hidden Junk folder - it should have come through when the invoice did - so this problem has been solved! For some reason I've had to change members from my original login but the downloads now are visible. Edited 09 Apr, 2018 11:31
