Download doesn't work for me

Hi, I'm trying to download my image but IE keeps saying 'xxx couldn't be downloaded'. I've tried all the types and still no luck. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

I'm desperate as it's a last minute fathers day gift!

Just noticed I have .partial IE looking links on my desktop but no images :(

Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

What is your windows version (7, 8, vista, xp, etc.) and IE version (7, 8, 9, 10, 11)?

Could you also please send me screenshot of what you see when you click on PNG icon?

BTW Have you checked downloads folder?

IE 10, Win7, 64bit

I had checked that folder and all I could see was some .partial files again.

Not sure how I send you something sorry!

I just get asked in a wee pop up at bottom 'are you sure you want to save file1234 from tagul.com'. So I click 'save' and it pops up again saying 'file1234 couldn't be downloaded.' - retry or cancel.

If it helps, when I download (eps) files on my Mac with Firefox 16, they're labeled "xxxx.part," but when I change the extension of the downloaded file to eps (so xxxx.eps), the file is fine and opens in apps that open eps.
