Changing colors of words

We have a certain colors we have to use for our publications. I have an RGB Color code, Pantone Color code and CMYK Formula color code but when I try to put any of these in it won't accept it. How do I get the exact colors must use for a cloud of words? |

RGB color should work. Just paste it into color picker input field. ff00ff etc. |

hmmm, our RGB color codes are like for purple 151/129/182 no letters in them. Help! |
