Can't visualise cloud

Hi I am new to this. I pasted my text into the box, chose my font colours etc, and clicked visualise...it then shows it is loading.... and still loading.... 10 mins later still nothing. Do I need some software or something?

It seems like a bug. I suggest altering your cloud a little (changing angles, add/remove some words) and try again.
