cant save the file to a location

when i used to save my other files i could do this to a folder on my computer but now i cant seem to find how to save it to a location i would like |

In new version browser (not flash) is involved in saving files. Most browsers are set up to save files into Download folder without asking a user. It can be changed in browser settings. |
