Can't find downloaded file

| I pressed the 32mp button it said it was downloading but downloading to where as I cant find it? | |

| It should be in your downloads folder. If it isn't there try to download again. You won't be charged for downloading the same image. Also you can try to download in another browser like Chrome or Firefox. | |

| I have found how to download the 16mp it cane up to save it to my computer but the 32mp didn't come up with anything so it won't download! I have paid for a month so does that mean I can download as much as I want? | |

| I recommend you to try to download 32MP in another browser like Chrome or Firefox. Since you bought the unlimited package for 1 month you can download as much as you want for that month. | |
