Alex Key Master	The shape (template) image you upload is automatically converted to 2000x2000px resolution. It is enough in most cases especially if you don't make the background image more visible in the style section. Could you please elaborate what exactly trouble you faced with so I could try to help?

tom.ellis Member	The print on demand company I use prints comforters and the size they require is 6720x8640. I make templates in photoshop and upload them into wordart, but I've never tried that size. I'm assuming since it's converted to 2000x2000 it would be heavily pixelated if I upload to the print company and tried to use it. I'll be renewing my paid membership in a couple days. I was just wondering because the size works great for t-shirts, but I'll be printing bigger items that require bigger pixels. Thanks

The print on demand company I use prints comforters and the size they require is 6720x8640. I make templates in photoshop and upload them into wordart, but I've never tried that size. I'm assuming since it's converted to 2000x2000 it would be heavily pixelated if I upload to the print company and tried to use it.

I'll be renewing my paid membership in a couple days. I was just wondering because the size works great for t-shirts, but I'll be printing bigger items that require bigger pixels.

If you do care about the background image quality I suggest you either to remove it completely (by setting the "background shape" parameter to zero in the style section) or to replace it with the original 6720x8640 template image in Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape after downloading.
