Apperance

I am using Tagul.com but it would appear that MY option doffer from those in any tutorial I can find in that I don't have an appearance option. My templates are limited as are my colour option and I certainly can't add a custom image !!!!.... Any ideas ?

What do you see when you click on the first icon in Shapes section?
Any error?
