Add line around shape

Hi, all - I'm a new user and playing with the ability to create a shape from an image. I've found that it is difficult to find the right image to ensure the shape is clear(with dark colours defining the shape).

For the images I've been playing with - it would make life a lot easier if Tagul could add lines around the shape to the tagul itself. These lines do appear in the custom shape tool so is there a way to add these lines to the tagul itself?

Thanks!

To be honest I don't understand what you mean. Could you please elaborate or give some example of how it should look like?

Hi, Alex - thanks for your reply. If you look at the image here: http://www.ablecargo.com/international-container-shipping/ and try and create a tagul from the container ship, it does't turn out too well. Tagul does a very good job at determining the shape, but even when using repeat words, the final tagul isn't clear enough. If you could surround the defined shape with a line I think it would look better. To simply this right down - lets say we were using a square for the shape - draw a thin line around the edge of square.

Tagul obviously works out the boundaries of the shape and pushes words up against this boundary - what I'm wondering is can tagul draw a line along these boundaries as well?

Hi Pdohery!

The image you used has a lot of small edges thus it doesn't look good. I understand what you are asking but today we release the new version that allows you to put shape image under your word cloud. You can control the shape image transparency in the "Colors and Animations" section of your word cloud. I assume it should work better then drawing boundaries.

Excellent, Alex - I gave this a try and the results are just brilliant - thanks to you and the team!
