2041 Error

I am trying to create a custom shape. When I click on the box to do this I get "2041-Error-Error #2041" and it doesn't allow me to pull in the shape I have saved on my computer. Has anyone else gotten this error message? I work for a school and we have pretty stringent firewalls etc. Could that could be the source of my problem. (I am using Google Chrome if that info helps.)

Does it allow you to select an image file?

If yes then it could be related to incorrect image format. You could try another image to check if it is the root cause.

If no then it seems to me that there is some restriction on your machine that prevents flash file selection dialog from showing up.
