Hi there when I go to add the shape to my cloud and click visualize it is getting stuck on 0% , ive tried it using chrome and ie but still no joy, any help on this appreciated.

Thank you for the reply Alex, I had saved the image as 16mp, but some words weren't clear, ill have a play around with it some more.

Im loving the new changes and features but are we no longer able to change the width/height that you mentioned in the post above ? I've saved my cloud but some of the words aren't clear enough to read.

I would like to know this too please.
