How do I amend words that are external to image or add words. I have tried everything however cant work it out? I have clicked customise button on the teddy bear picture but cant change or amend the wording?

On one of the word arts someone has added text at the side of the picture. How do I change that text to a different word? The wordart I am trying to customise is the teddy bear. Instead of Baby JJ I want Kinglea and need to change the other details too. I have tried everything but it still isn't working.
