rcb51693@gmail.com Member	The last time I subscribed to Word Art when it was Tagul there was an option to download my art as an EPS / Vector based file. Without that capability, I lost the ability to edit in Illustrator. Is that option no longer available? Also, I had to go back and change the background to transparent in order the create the art I required on my Mac in Illustrator. I was then charged for a second download of non-altered art. Please help. If the EPS option is no longer available, then what alternative format is recommended in order to be able to work cleanly in Illustrator, not Photoshop. Edited 17 Aug, 2018 13:29

rcb51693@gmail.com Member	I had the same issue and it counted as TWO for me today. I wrote for customer service in the design area. I'm waiting for a response. Tagul would allow for a full EPS download. What's the best format to use to be able to work cleanly in Illustrator, not Photoshop.
