| Once I've saved my wordart, I download it in 32mp hq. It only shows or downloads a portion of the image even though on screen it shows the full picture. I have wasted 3 or 4 downloads trying to sort this out. I have tried the old version and it is doing the same thing. Please help. Thankyou | |

Ive used wordart for over 2 years and recently started using the new version, having problems with word clarity. Words appear clear on screen but when printed they look slightly blurred and out of focus. Have tried new ink, print alignment and downloading in different formats. Can you please advise any solutions to these frustrating problems. Is there a difference with downloading in png format and the hq version?
