I just purchased a PDF download for a Word Cloud I created and when I try to import the vector file into my art program it tells me the file is corrupted. I have downloaded it in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and get the same error. I need to bring it into my art program so I can add it to my art file. I cannot access the Vector file I purchased.
