I have a picture of a motorbike that I would like to make more defined. I have the define settings in layout at 999 but it still doesn't look clear. I have tried adding more words and using different fonts but nothings working, is there any other way of doing it?

I don't seem to be able to download my pictures using the 32MP although my premium membership is until 23rd June.
