Hi Alex I have just tried again but it is still not working. I have added my own font. I then go to the words table and try to choose the particular font that I have just added for the main first word but it is not showing in the list of fonts from the drop down menu. I then went back to the main font tab to check and my font is listed there? Which is is ? Thanks |

Hi Alex. Thank you for your quick resolution with font issue. Can you please advise me on this. I have added my own font, When I choose a particular font for a particular word…the font that I have just added is not showing…but is listed when I use the main font tab? |

| Alex, Like I said I have paid for another months subscription. I think Tagul is an amazing site and dont mind paying the new prices. But feel disgruntled that people are stealing the 1mb and already violating your terms, If you could find a way to stop this..that would be perfect. | |

| I paid for the unlimited price plan this month because I was forced into it as I had orders to complete, I have since tried and tested it against the 1mb and to be honest there is not much difference in it. after my subscription ends, I will not be purchasing another. If the 1mb were watermarked, I would have no probs paying. but as a loyal customer, I feel somewhat cheated. | |

Hi Alex, I totally agree with DavRoz about watermarking. People are selling the 1mb for free, hats why it is not profitible for us to pay. |

Are these prices final? Like many others we have been loyal to Tagul but I will not pay these prices. Just a final check before I subscribe to another site(admittedly) not as good but will do the job?

I am also a small business with low profit margins. I have been subscribing to Tagul for well over a year now and love the software however to introduce a price increase as discussed even if it were £12.50 per week just isn't viable for me due to the small amount of orders I take. I will definitely have to find another software to use. Will check back on this site in 6 months to see if its still running at these prices….although I doubt it. Good Luck You will need it!!!

Another small business here and we are out too. Price hike is ridiculous and Greedy. Watch your profits fall, I for one wont be purchasing anymore plans. |
