I guess you selected a shape that has a bluish color (like the square shape for example). Then you can't change its color. I can suggest you to download the shape image you selected (please provide its name and I'll give you the link), then change its color in any image editor and upload it as a custom shape. |

The only way is to change it in the Words section and then re-visualize your word cloud. To keep the design I suggest you to switch to the Edit Mode and click on the bone words (except the one you are changing) to tell Tagul to keep their position intact when re-visualizing. |

You can invert only the shapes you add or the shapes from the geometric category. But you can add the swirly heart shape as a custom shape and then invert it. Here is how to do it: - Copy the swirly heart image url to the clipboard - Add the first tile in the shapes section and paste the copied url into the image link field - Invert the shape Also you can download the image and invert / edit it any other image editor and then use it as your word cloud's custom shape. |

Unfortunately there is no way it can be fixed from Tagul side. Tagul produces valid SVG files according to the standards. I suggest you to contact the Cricut Design Space support and ask them to fix the issue. |

Hi Bonnie, First of all could you please go to contact form and advise your email so I could contact you? Once you do this I'll send you the sample SVG file so you could try it in Cricut Design Space yourself. |

Hi Gabster, there is no such thing as color calibration on Tagul. Since the colors are OK on your screen, therefore you need to color calibrate either your screen or your printer. |

I suggest you to find an image of paw patrol in the Internet, and then add use it as your word cloud shape by clicking on the first tile in the Shapes section. Please note that since you don't have the copywrite for paw patrol images, therefore you most likely can't use the resulted word clouds commercially. |

Could you please send the SVG file you downloaded to support email so I could check what is wrong there? |

Hi Lorraine, there are fonts that looks like hand drawing like "Alex Brush Regular", "Briep Medium", "Calligraffitty Regular", etc. Just choose the one you like in the Fonts section and visualize your word cloud. |
